It’s been THREE YEARS since I started this little old blog of mine. Three years!!! I started it in early September of 2009, and posted my first review September 14th. I know, I’m a day late in posting, but still, let’s celebrate!
First off, I want to thank you. Anyone who has ever read my blog, left a comment, entered a giveaway, sent me a book for review… all of you mean the world to me and motivate me to keep on posting and sharing. I especially thank those of you who have been here from the start.
In the three years since I’ve started, I’ve grown and changed so much. I was a sophomore in college, still an undergrad, and now I’m in my second to last semester of GRAD school! What the what?! Where did the time go?
Let’s see… what else has happened these last three years? I fell in love, I got engaged, I rescued a dog, I started at the library, I lost 75 pounds (so far!)… and you, my bloggy friends, have been there for all of it and more. I thank you with all of my heart.
I have met some wonderful people and have made some great friends along the way. I went to BEA (B E freaking A, people!), turned some blog friends into real life friends, and have just been filled with love and gratitude for this community – bloggers, readers, authors and publishers alike. It’s so fulfilling to be able to connect with other people who are just as passionate about books as I am.
